Invalid count in summary stats

Looks like there is a potential mismatch in the data log and the summary status:
I am consistently getting +1 in the data log:

2015-10-05 16:51:21,207 INFO  i-318acaf7-5 thread-0: finished 18 runs

2015-10-05 16:51:21,209 INFO  i-318acaf7-5 : STARTTIME: 2015-10-05 16:50:18.950000 UTC
